On August 7, the Argentine Ministry of Economy issued Announcement No. 691 of 2024, making a final ruling on the anti-dumping sunset review of glazed tiles originating from China, deciding to maintain the anti-dumping measures determined in Announcement No. 77 of 2018, and continue to impose an anti-dumping duty of 27.7% on the products involved based on the FOB price, while accepting the price commitment submitted by Foshan Junjing Industrial Co., Ltd. of China. The Mercosur customs code of the products involved is 6907.21.00. The measures will take effect from the date of the announcement and will be valid for two years.
