National Energy Administration: Fully promote the construction of three batches of large-scale wind power and photovoltaic bases
The National Energy Administration recently held a video conference on national renewable energy development and construction dispatch. The meeting requested that: First, we must fully promote the construction of three batches of large-scale wind power and photovoltaic bases, continue to perform monthly scheduling and weekly monitoring, and promote the completion of the base projects as soon as possible and put them into production on schedule. Second, we must actively promote the high-quality development of new energy and give full play to the decisive role of the market in allocating resources. Local governments must strengthen industry guidance and guide the orderly development of new energy projects; all development companies must compete in an orderly manner and develop projects in strict accordance with laws and regulations; power grids must Enterprises must increase investment in construction, especially the upgrading and transformation of distribution networks. Third, we must optimize the market and policy environment for new energy development, further improve policies and measures related to system and mechanism reform and market construction, and strive to introduce one after another when mature. Fourth, we must further emancipate our minds, change our concepts, improve our work styles, and deeply understand the significance of vigorously developing new energy in helping to achieve the dual carbon goals and ensure energy security. We must strengthen coordination and cooperation, fairly assume the responsibility for energy transformation, and jointly promote green and low-carbon development.
