According to statistics from public information, as of August 19 this year, the China Securities Regulatory Commission and local securities regulatory bureaus have issued a total of 16 administrative penalty decisions (including "Preliminary Notices of Administrative Penalties") for market manipulation, a significant increase year-on-year; 37 people were involved, with a total amount of fines and confiscations exceeding 1.2 billion yuan, of which 4 tickets had fines and confiscations of more than 100 million yuan each.
