The defendant Gu Jianming was sentenced to three years and six months in prison for the crime of embezzlement and a fine of RMB 200,000, two years and six months in prison for the crime of bribery and a fine of RMB 100,000, and two years and six months in prison for the crime of corporate bribery and a fine of RMB 100,000. The court decided to execute a six-year prison sentence and a fine of RMB 400,000.
