Libya's extended oilfield outage doesn't give U.S. oil sales much of a boost
As Libya's largest oil field, Sharara, has completely stopped production, the United States' oil sales to Europe have been boosted to a certain extent, but the previous "crazy buying" has not been repeated because the market's concern about the risk of oversupply exceeds the risk of shortage.
